And, hot melt adhesive storage period of up to 2 years, storage space is small, no storage special requirements; The adhesive tape storage period of validity is only half a year, but also requires certain storage conditions, otherwise easy to deteriorate.

Hot melt adhesive also provides a good anti-theft function, as any attempt to open the carton will tear the fibers as the adhesive penetrates into the corrugated. Tape can be cut with a knife, unknowingly removing the contents and sealing them again.

Nowadays, the business requires that the packaging not only transmits the goods, but also conveys the image of the product and the company through the packaging pattern design. As a result, the fewer obstacles in appearance, the better. Adhesive tape often blocks images and interferes with the transmission of packaging information. Color: because the color of the adhesive is different, the color requirements of hot melt adhesive should be different. If the adhesive itself has no special requirements for color, it is recommended to use yellow hot melt adhesive. Generally speaking, yellow hot melt adhesive is better than white viscosity.

Surface treatment of the adhesive. The surface treatment of hot melt adhesive is easy, not as strict as other adhesives, but the dust and oil on the surface of the adhesive, should be properly treated to make the hot melt adhesive play a better role in bonding.

Homework time. Quick operation is a major characteristic of hot melt adhesive. The operation time of hot melt adhesive is about 15 seconds. With the wide application of modern production mode - assembly line, the operation time of hot melt adhesive is becoming shorter and shorter.

Temperature resistance: hot melt adhesive is more sensitive to temperature. When the temperature reaches a certain degree, the hot melt adhesive begins to soften. Below a certain temperature, hot melt adhesive will become brittle, so the choice of hot melt adhesive must take full account of environmental temperature changes.

Stickiness: the stickiness of hot melt adhesive is divided into early stickiness and late stickiness. Only the early viscosity and late viscosity is consistent, in order to make the hot melt adhesive and the adhesive to maintain stability. In the production process of hot melt adhesive, it should be guaranteed to have antioxidant, halogen resistance, acid and alkali resistance and plastic.
