In this project, a plasma treatment unit was installed before the wheel glue station. The carton surface is activated immediately before glue application, helping the adhesive spread evenly and create a stronger bond.

Plasma Treatment Before Gluing

The plasma nozzle treats the carton surface just before it reaches the wheel glue station. This process increases surface energy without damaging the printed material, allowing the adhesive to achieve better wetting and stronger bonding.

Wheel Glue Application After Surface Activation

After plasma treatment, the cartons move directly to the wheel glue station. The adhesive is applied evenly, resulting in reliable sealing and consistent product quality throughout the production process.
